I have been coming to Ceil. Every time I come my experience is always a good. Shellac manicures are so good, the girls are fast and articulate. The spa is always clean and staff are pleasant. Today I had a pedicure. They did a great job. Will continue to come back.

This was the nail salon that I visited most regularly. However, on my past three visits, a staff member has «mistakenly» miscalculated the amount of change due back to me. Each time I request change for a tip and present them with a twenty dollar bill, they provide change in the amount of ten dollars. Accidental short changing may occur once or twice, but three times? Beware, and take caution in counting your change.

My manicurist retired and I had to look for a new place. I tried Ciel place twice and will not come back. After I did shellac there the first time it was gone within a week. I tried another place and the shellac was holding well for over 2 weeks, which is typical for my nails. Yet, Ciel has nice setup and it is very close to my work, so I can do my nail during lunch break. Well, I went there again and the same story: less than a week and the shellac started peeling off. I don’t know if it is the quality of their shellac or the way how they apply it but I certainly don’t recommend this place.

I had gone to Ciel a couple times in the recent past as I just moved to the area. The services are pricey, however the convenient location made up for it. Last time I went, I had called in advance to ask how much shellac manicure was, to make sure I had enough cash. After I had my service, it turned out that the person made a mistake on the phone and the service cost more. I was about two dollars shy and asked for $ 2 off since it was the staff’s mistake. The manager jumped out and gave me an unnecessarily long and aggressive lecture on how it doesn’t matter if they made a mistake, because even Pizza places don’t give discounts if they make mistakes (!!!) After I’d already paid by cc and tipped my lady, the manager was still talking! NEVER AGAIN!!!
p. s. Note to the management: it is bad business to lose a client over $ 2.

Place was clean. My nail technician did a great job on my manicure. Brought my 8 year old niece with me and they were wonderful to her and even gave her free nail stickers. Highly recommend.

Very clean environment and nicely done on my shallac manicure base on an image that I search online. The girls do good job on manicure and pedicure. Price is fair base on the good job that they ‘ve done. Remember to make reservation. Tip: This is a small busy nail spa. To save your time, you have to make appointment ahead.

This place is close to my home and about six months ago, I decided to try it out.
I walked inside and fell in love with the neat, CLEAN & trendy décor of the salon. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Ever since then, I have been coming back to this salon for my shellac & pedicure… which they do so, so well.
I have had my nails done by a few girls there and they were all very precise and neat. I have my favourite but I think all of the employees do a great job! The selection of nail polishes is great and updated often!!!

I decided to give this place a second chance after the mix up last time. I was happily surprised how nice and accommodating the staff was. The place it’s very clean and nicely decorated. They have huge screen tv’s with movies playing all the time and the massage chairs are heavenly. I actually might get my lash extensions done here. Great job ladies!

I went to Ciel after it was highly recommended to me, I wanted a set of nails put on, which was my first mistake. If they don’t do false nails they should have told me and I would have happily gone elsewhere. Clearly the lady did not know what she was doing as everyone nail was a different length and shape. I left before the service was done but I did pay the full price $ 69. I had to go elsewhere to have this mess fixed up and when I tried calling them they obviously have call display and would not answer the phone. All in all I am hugely disappointed in this and would never recommend them to anyone.
