Have never been pleased with this particular Loft. I rarely go to a Loft store and leave empty-handed, but I never seem to find any treasures in this store. I still visit it when I’m in the mall, but usually find better choices at Forever XXI or Banana Republic. Service is inconsistent and depends on who’s serving you and what mood they are in that day. Not worth the trip for me but others may be luckier.

Loft by Ann Taylor finally arrived in Canada! And this Loft location inside Vaughan Mills is an Outlet store. 40% off the lowest ticket price of almost all the sale items. And this location only carries end of the Season item and calling itself Loft — The Sale Shop! And surprisingly the merchandise is well organized and I do not have a feeling that I am shopping in a thrift store. Since it is relatively new, the sale staff here was really helpful. Selection wise though was a little boring, but I ended up picking up a scarf and a top. Please note all sales are final: no refund no exchange!
