Disappointing and baffling
First they have odd hours for their Keele entrance. Sometimes it is open. Sometimes it is closed. They do not care for it at all. Car obsessed store obviously only cares for parking lot entrance.
Speaking of which, there is no pride of ownership or employment here. While I was at the cash an employee said good bye to her co worker and walked out. I happened to be behind her by 5 seconds. As I was getting in my car in the parking lot, she got into her Taurus SUV threw out some tissues or paper towels, threw out a coffee cup she had out onto the ground as well and drove away.

Nice big shoppers drug mart conveniently placed beside a walk-in clinic (handy to go from doctor to drug store immediately).
The pharmacy was efficient with polite and knowledgable staff, who went beyond their duties to answer my questions.
The lanes in the store were wide and it seemed much more spacious than a regular shoppers, though I suppose the layout of this particular one could just be better than most.
I appreciated how quickly my prescription was filled, though a little confused as to why I was charged two dispensing fees (one per product). I’m not sure if this is the norm since I haven’t had two prescriptions at once in a long while.
Anyways, definitely one of the better shoppers locations I’ve gone to, and since I’m a bit of a shoppers junkie, I’ve seen my fair share of them!
