Came here for the first time this past Friday night(my wife and I and another couple). The place came highly recommended by a dear old friend who said the restaurant made authentic Neapolitan food. Well, it did not disappoint. The restaurant is warm and welcoming. I’m not sure if it’s a regular feature, but we were treated to a musician who played throughout the night taking breaks now and again. I’m not sure if it was his young daughter but she sang a few songs and boy could she belt out a tune!!! She has a bright singing future ahead of her, for sure. Later in the evening, additional musicians joined in. The place took on a whole new vibe. It felt like being in a night club in Napoli. It was a nice way to end off a great evening of dining! Here’s the important part. The food was phenomenal. The calamari was nicely done. A dish called the Amalfi Coast was super delicious, fresh and hearty. The tagliolini pasta dish I had was cooked perfectly and the sauce was authentically Italian(and abundant). My buddy had the lamb steak and it was tender and tasty(he let me try a piece or 2). The wine we selected was inexpensive(Negromaro from Puglia) but very nice(2 bottles later)… The wives shared a dish and we were not asked if we wanted to share. Hmmm… Service was friendly and prompt.(Tip was added to the bill). All in all, it was a great experience. Will certainly go back…
