BeaverTails

Have been to many different Beavertails before but this location definitely stands out in terms of its service and quality! Definitely recommend stopping by for a quick snack :)

Went with my daughter and husband at the end of summer. Everyone thought it was delicious! My husband and I went to a Beavertails in North Vancouver 20 + years ago and wanted to share the experience with our 11 year old

While visiting Victoria, as everyone around us was enjoying desert, we couldn’t resist our first opportunity to try Poutin! It was so good we just about licked the bottom of the box they were served in. Perfect for a cold December day and the owner is one of the nicest people we’ve met on our trip. A great ambassador for Victoria!

Great place for anyone with a sweet tooth! They offer gelato, different varieties of beavertails, and you can even get both together! They also offer poutine and a special beaver dog which is a hot dog wrapped in beaver dough.
My go to favourite flavour is the banana chocolate which isn’t too sweet. It’s delicious and a great dessert after lunch or dinner downtown. My boyfriend really enjoys the avalanche, which is icing, topped with crushed skor bar crumbles and drizzled with caramel. They’re really sweet, perfect for anyone with a huge sweet tooth!
I’ve also gotten the beaver bites which was soft serve ice cream with little balls of beavertail dough. For a couple extra dollars you can substitute the soft serve for one of their delicious gelatos! I personally preferred a regular beavertail over the bites, but it might’ve been because of the cold weather!
The service there is always nice and I’m sure eventually they’ll start to recognize my boyfriend and I because of how often we go there. They’re super friendly and work fast especially for a place that sometimes only has one person working. They’re open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays which let’s you go whenever you want after have a night out downtown.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
