Having no experience with professional electricians before, I called Houle. I’ve seen their vehicles all over town, and the web site gives the impression of a respectable, customer-​oriented company.
I was not disappointed. I called and explained my needs to Jen. She offered to send someone out the same day, but I made an appointment for two days away. I was given a two-​hour time window, and the electrician showed up within twenty minutes of the start.
He was friendly, up-​front and honest, creative, and did a great job. The hourly rate sounds intimidating, but he was done within an hour and I’m very pleased. Could not ask for more. Will definitely use Houle again; highly recommended.
