My IPhone wouldn’t charge sent them an email told me to bring it in 5 min later I left phone charging smile on my face and money in my pocket. Removed debris and cleaned lightning port instead of just replacing it and charging for s new one. Did all work in front of me. I will be going back for all my phone repairs
