Love the vibes at lab — Katie did a wonderful job with my cut and provides some really good styling advice. Would definitely recommend! Added bonus of a very cute bulldog in a grey cardigan roaming around!

Over priced and over rated… I had heard good things about «the fix» now «the Lab salon» … especially about the owner Matty but I was dissappointed… very disappointed… the trouble with going to someone who is too in demand is that they don’t really care and they are too busy to really do a good job… I didn’t get an excellent hair cut (he barely did anything at all!)… it’s barely ok… and the colour is literally «blotchy»! Gosh, I wish I could say it was fabulous but the end result is very dissappointing and I’m frustrated… and I am just sooooo tired of paying $ 200 for a f*&^*&^ing hair cut. I am swearing off doing that ever again!
There needs to a some kind of grassroots movement to bring the prices of hair cuts down to something reasonable. I don’t mind paying a fair price but that is just a rip off… I’m sick of being ripped off by people with scissors.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get a decent cut and colour at a decent price? Where? Who?
oh and to add insult to injury… I paid for two hours of parking on the street… I was literally two minutes late and I got a $ 20 parking ticket! ugh. And street parking is horrendous down there on Lojo.
I do not recommend «the lab». (obviously)
