Lansdowne Appliance has a surprisingly large selection of appliances, and knowledgeable staff. I have bought a fridge and dishwasher from Lansdowne Appliance, and the experience was good. The delivery staff are also very professional and friendly.
But for me, the star of the show is the the parts and service department. After my out-of-warranty dishwasher broke, I called Lansdowne to enquire about parts, and received solid, friendly, professional advice from Bill. He has extensive experience, and his advice and guidance likely saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of time. The part I needed was in the Coquitlam warehouse, and he ordered it in for me in two business days, no shipping cost. Fantastic!

Super knowledgable and helpful staff (including a service guy who gave me great advice about my stinky washing machine drum and a treatment to fix it for FREE)!
The sales man answered all my questions patiently and had such helpful information about the best brands to buy and why and which ones to avoid (I wish I knew that before I bought my last fridge).
As they described, they service machines and don’t want to sell machines that are difficult to work on, or machines which the maker stops making parts for !
I appreciated the LOW pressure at Lansdowne — more an atmosphere of helpfulness. I wasn’t ready to buy at this time, but would recommend them.
