I just had a very disturbing and bizarre experience with the owner of this company. Clearly he has some frustrations in his life as he seems ready to blow a gasket at the drop of a hat. I’d suggest some time off or therapy for the man. I feel kind of sorry for him.
But I feel like I should also warn others (especially women) about this man. He completely over reacted. Plus I don’t think he would berate a man the way he just did to me (for being 8 minutes late in a one hour window that was set aside to look at my new Blomberg washing machine). He was very angry and then stormed off like a two year old. It’s kind of laughable really… except that he was arrogant and abusive and very unprofessional.
Thankfully a friend was with me. I fear that had I been alone he would have been even more rude and abusive… and vent his pent up anger on me. My friend said that it scared her and I should call the police or the bbb. She was really upset. It’s sad and discouraging. Life is hard enough. There’s is no excuse for making life harder… for me or for himself.

I am super impressed with the service I got from this business. My dishwasher stopped working and I could not figure out what was wrong. Living on my own and on a limited income I was nervous about calling in an repair technician but I had to have it fixed. The day before he was to arrived the handle fell off my fridge and my washing machine stopped working. It was like an appliance conspiracy to drive me insane.
All the same make. This is a local family run business. Mum does the administration, Dad and their son Paul do the repairs. Paul arrived ten minutes before stated appointment time. Neat and tidy, extremely personable and pleasant. Went to the dishwasher turned it on and nothing happened but he heard a click. He said it is your drain hose. Then he turned around and put the handle back on the fridge, then went to the washing machine and turned it on and told me what was wrong (my fault not the machine) Went back to the dishwasher pulled it apart, cleared out the drain hose (tiny cap had blocked it) put it all back together again. Everything left neat and tidy, all done within 30 minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this firm and will definitely be using them again.
