We were visiting Victoria last weekend and decided to go for a spin. We found Transit Cycle online and gave Brian a call. Brian showed up and delivered the bikes on time, was a font of info on riding around Victoria, and was all around very helpful and cheerful. The bikes we rented were in great shape, practically new, worked perfectly and were quite comfortable. We rode approx 20 miles that afternoon and had a flawless experience. Thanks Brian!

Brian at Transit Cycles was super helpful. By the time I arrived in Victoria every other bicycle Rental shop was closed for the evening. I wanted to ride early the next day. I called Brian and he told me he would be glad to deliver a bicycle to my hotel at 8 am the next day. Sold!
The next day Brian was there right on time (or a few minutes early) and gave me a bike, a helmet and lock. Next he spent a long time showing me different routes that might be of interest on a bike map he gave me.
Initially I was going to rent just one day. When I changed my mind it was easy to just call and extend my bike time.
When Brian came back to my hotel a few days later Rio pick up the bike, I learned that there is no Transit Cycles shop, all bikes of their are delivered to wherever you’re staying. Great idea, great service!
