Tim Hortons

I got there fifteen minutes before noon, when they stop serving breakfast. Waited in a remarkably non-​moving line that whole time, only to be informed when I got to the till that «sorry, we’re not serving breakfast anymore.»
I did manage to get them to make a grilled breakfast wrap for the missus because they had an egg white left over, but I was S.O.L. I had to eat something, so I ordered a BLT. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese for the missus.
After waiting another 20 minutes while I’m watching eight of the slowest employees ever (are they knee deep in molasses back there?) take five times as longer than needed to make this BASIC fare. No hustle whatsoever.
How do I know how long this stuff should take? I’ve been to other Tim Horton’s locations here in town (i.e., the other Esquimalt Road location, the one on Gorge, etc.) and they somehow manage to put an order together in less than fifteen minutes.
And on top of all that they somehow managed to forget the bagel. I ORDERED THREE THINGS! HOW COULD THEY FORGET A THIRD OF THE ORDER?!?
That’s it. Never going to this location again. They are the WORST.

I can’t go here any more. I’m tired of fighting through the crowd of smokers on the side-​walk every morning; I thought there was rules?
