King Street Cycle

I was helped by Andy at the back of the shop. I came in with a stuck front dérailleur on my road bike. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, even thought it might need to be replaced. He told me how to fix it on my own at no cost, when he could have just taken it in and charged me for the service.
I really appreciated the honest assessment and I got it working fine on my own with that info. This shop will have my business in the future.

The service here has been incredible 100% of the time until today. The employees have always been extremely helpful, and never once have seemed like they would rather be someone else. They really love their jobs and I’ve loved going there. I especially like dealing with Quinn who has helped me in many occasions.
Today for the first time ever, I was tempted to give a 2 STAR rating because the guy working in the back (had a beard, watch out for him) was extremely unpleasant, and not helpful. Having dealt with him out a damper on my day. If I could have I would have asked for his name to post here, but that didn’t feel right at the time.
As long as you don’t see him, your experience will always be a great one here!
Update: he must have been having a bad day. Things went well this time!

Great local bike shop. In my opinion the best bike shop in the K-​W area (and I’ve been to them all). Good selection, friendly staff and a very good parts and service department.

Friendly, honest, patient, they explain stuff to me, and they even give tips and suggestions to their own loss. The sign of a great store that you want to go back to.
