Basically a shell with products and a few people running around doing random things. I wanted to buy a 2nd laptop charger so i called ahead to see if they would have something. I was advised to come and check out the selection in store. I would love too I just wanted to know before hand if it was a total waste of time. I went to the store and couldn’t get help for the life of me, I bought some other items and would have bought a few more if I would have had a little customer service.
I can see why this business model is struggling with competition

I went in to buy a camera. I knew what I wanted so I looked for someone to get it for me but no one was there. I went to the cashier and asked for the camera and she said that she couldn’t get it and called an associate to the camera dept. over the P.A. I waited 10 min. And nobody came. Went to the future shop and got the camera in 2 minutes
