Doesn’t look like much from the outside but this place was pretty awesome. Fast and friendly. Breakfast hit the spot. Prices were suitable. Menu was pretty simple.

The Breakfast Barn is a cool little restaurant on King. Unfortunately they didn’t live up to mere standards. Eggs burnt, mixed up orders (same table but wrong plate), and a very small serving of chocolate milk for a «large». Also, sticky maple syrup bottles, and no jam!
The good– large servings, very fast to get your food (was not busy this day), and free parking (dedicated lot) on the side street. Sadly, not returning.
Also to note– no cards; cash only. Although there is an ATM on site.

I was looking for a place to wait while my aunt had day surgery at the hospital. The Breakfast Barn is right across the street and what a great surprise! It’s new and clean with a real rustic and friendly feel.
I had the early bird special which arrived in no time. Hot and perfect. Very reasonable. These people are not out to gouge you.
The parking out back is ample and it’s easy to get to.
