Tim Hortons

Service is always very slow, tables aren’t wiped down, dining room is small, orders get fucked up on a regular basis.

This tim horton’s is probably one of the worst tim hortons ive ever been to. The staff seem like they dont care what they do as they scream across the store at eachother and they will have conversations loudly infront of customers that are inappropriate. The inside of the store is nice, just like all tim hortons, but I CANT UNDERSTAND why so many dirtbags hang out in front of the place like its a family outing. I can understand that this is east side welland and im from the east side so i have nothing against it, but having families and random bums hanging out in the parking lot and outside the doors makes your store look bad. Don’t people have a better place to pull out their lawnchairs and umbrellas like their house, rather than pack in the lawnchairs and sit in the tim hortons parking lot for like 5 hours a day. Don’t these people have jobs? Am i supporting these people so they can go buy 1 coffee and feel like they own the place and can hang out there all damn day. I do not like going to this one, expecially in the summer months. I really hope management could do something about this, it gives your store a bad reputation. I dont like being harassed by dirtbags while i go in for my quick triple triple. Oh… and they cater to the convergys workers way to bad. They will help them before anybody else. I can understand that they only get a 15 minute break, but I dont go to A&W and demand to get served first because i only got a half hour lunch, i wait in line, and if theres not enough time, ill go somewhere else! It just seems like the management at this store is too lenient with employees and pretty much let them get away with murder.
