We have never contacted Ambleside consulting nor have we had any reason to do business with them. Yet multiple charges were fraudulently being placed in our Visa!
We called and was yelled at! Asked why we provided our Visa to them (we didn’t as we had no business with them), and treated like it was our fault!
They refused to tell us why they were changing or even look into it! Being a merchant, I’m familiar with what is required by Visa in handing people’s information, and how the merchant is required to not only keep transaction, but deal with errors!
End result we contacted Visa Security, and West Vancouver Police and charged them with credit card fraud, and mishandling of financial information.
Don’t know about there work, but they are all kinds of nasty and obviously really bad at handling financial information!
If they handle there really clients this way, which the BBB shows the have had billing and collection issues with clients, I would really think twice about using there services!
