Great customer service! From the welcoming upbeat girl at the front cashier to the owner, Cam, with his quick responses to email inquiries.
Dropped off two suits for cleaning during the busy holiday season and they were ready for pickup the next day. Service A+++

I took in five items — three dresses (one totally plain, one silk and one long) and two very plain skirts. My bill was $ 147. Surcharges on every item for the type of fabric and I was charged for a sixth item for the lining of my dress! I spend a fortune on my clothing so look for a high quality dry cleaner but nothing justifies that amount. I won’t be returning.

Very happy with there service! I had a couple of my husband’s suits that needed to be dry cleaned & ready for pick up on Monday evening. I dropped them off Friday late afternoon. This wasn’t a problem at all. They had decent pricing, friendly, & also told me that they offer free pick up & drop off service. My husband said they did a great job. We will be going back!

Not the best. Shirts returned with wrinkles by top button of collar shirt, repeated service and no improvement. Wasn’t offered much for my time and inconvenience, and had to ask for shirt to be redone twice. They need to make sure the clothes are perfect before they go back to the customer. more attention to detail is expected for those prices!

Best dry cleaners I ever used. The clothes come back in time looking and feeling like new.
They have my business now, I won’t bother with other dry cleaners anymore.
Whoever manages to stay in business since 1950 must be doing something right.
Yes, it’s a little more pricy than other dry cleaners but you always get what you pay for.
The service and staff are superb and everybody speaks English. Which makes a big difference.
I think it’s great they offer pick up and delivery and even better, they are green cleaners. (i.g. environmentally friendly).

As far as cleaners go Carousel is top drawer! In business since the 1950’s, Cam and his crew are always ready helpful and reliable… I have used them for cleaning and repairing some garments and I am always thrilled with the results!
Recently, due to all the snow, one of the seamstresses couldn’t make it to work, so they called to let me know that my garment wouldn’t be ready for Christmas… and so they offered me a discount when my shirt was ready! Customer based service is very apparent at Carousel!
