Excellent quality of repairs, very quick service. I have had two pairs (one pair of leather shoes, one pair of leather work boots) repaired here. Nice guy, quick turnaround, and he did amazing work on my boots, I can’t even tell where the repair is, it looks perfect.

Just excellent. The heel on one of my stiletto boots snapped off one day. I took it to numerous different shoe repair places and was told that it would be impossible to repair. The shoe repair in Pacific Centre told me that he doesn’t think it’s fixable but he will try and if he fixes it, he will charge me $ 30. Then finally, I brought the boot to Marcell Shoe Renew. He told me he could fix it and told me to come back after two days. Two days later I went to pick up my boot and it was as good as new. The best part is he only charged me $ 20. I highly recommend Marcell Shoe Renew!

While visiting a relative in West Vancouver I had a problem with one of my hiking boots. A nail had suddenly come through the sole in a really difficult to get to place. I tried to repair it without success so my cousin recommended Marcell’s.
I visited Marcell’s and let them know I was catching a flight the next morning. I was not throwing any weight around but wanted to let him know that if he couldn’t do it that day I couldn’t leave them. He dropped what he was doing with a smile and set to it. Five minutes later it was all put to right to the tune of only $ 5. In enjoyed my hike and really appreciated the prompt courteous service.
