So went here for lunch with my hubby yesterday and was not impressed. We had little bacon cheeseburgers and medium fries. Our order took forever to be made. The burgers were burnt and the bacon tasted old and over cooked, I love crispy bacon but this bacon was gross. The fries were mixed between an old batch and a new one and the size for the price was ridiculous. We had come here when they first opened and the food was amazing. A medium fry was half a bag full, now it’s just an over filled cup. The burgers were juicy and meaty, now they’re pathetic. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Just want to comment on the service at this particular five guys burgers. My wife and I arrived there at a coupe minutes before closing. We arrived to a smiling very receptive staff willing to serve us food even though is was basically was quitting time. The fries and burgers where delicious and fresh. They gave us some extra bacon and fries due to it was closing. Way to go guys this is how you run a burger joint awesome staff willing to help even though it was quitting time.

The quality of the burgers is excellent, about what you would get in at a good pub. The prices reflect this and are about on par with said pub burger. The fries, are also very good, but since the portions are very large, you may want to skip the fries, or share them with a friend. As stated by another reviewer, milkshakes would be an excellent idea, particularly if they’re hand made, which would match the quality of the food. Definitely a bit expensive to be classed«fast food.» This is not the casual burger of one of the big chains. Again, think pub.

The burgers were yummy. It definitely isn’t your typical burger you get from other fast food joints such as McDs or Burger King. But it isn’t cheap and I think I still prefer to cook burgers at home. But if you are passing by one and you are craving a good burger, I would highly suggest Five Guys. The service at this particular location was good. The guy taking the money was friendly and was willing to answer my questions about the burgers(my first time at Five Guys). A tip: They will not serve you if you do not have a shirt on.

Nicer, faster service than Vancouver’s DT but to be fair, it’s a lot less quieter too. just wished they had milkshakes. The peanuts is always a cool unique thing going on. Located off the main road before Kelowna.

SERVICESERVICESERVICE. We were thinking about going to the Vancouver location but happened to be visiting Kelowna and was it phenomenal to get service from one of the managers. The young manager took the time to explain to us about everything from burgers to sides to how they get their peanuts, he even checked on us while we were seated. I run businesses too and I would be grateful to have this person on my team, what a difference that ONE person can make!

Well I’ve been here several times since it opened. I would say the best fast food burger you’ll get. Choose what ever topping you want from a large selection. What they call a little burger would be a regular burger in most peoples books, seeing it has one patty and the regular burger has two. The fries are excellent, fresh cut and very large servings, one order is enough for two.

Was in Kelowna last night and was told that FIVEGUYS just open two days ago and that they were fantastic burgers. Made with 100% BEEF — fresh and not frozen — the way Mom makes burgers ! The fries are fresh but potato’s cut at the store daily. We ordered Cheeseburgers, Fries and Cokes… Came to $ 35. But… the burger is a double unless you say you want a small(didn’t know that), so unfortunately was not able to finish the burger. The fries were amazing had two orders of them and then they added about three big scoops into the bag as well — far too many to eat, but apparently they are cooked in peanut oil, so if you want you can take them home, pop them in the oven and they are nice reheated. This certainly is not a low cal meal !! The décor is very 60’s diner /burger like… red and white with lots of seating and free peanuts to eat while you wait for your custom made burger with a large menu of free toppings. Can’t wait until one is opened close to where I live or work.
