We’ve booked through these folks a few times in the past and they’ve been great! They have a nice selection of properties, including some really high-​end «estates» (I think they called them) if you’re willing to spend a lot of extra cash! Otherwise, I think you’ll find a good deal at a great price point (We booked a 2 bedroom that slept 6 last year for 5 nights — we paid around $ 185 per person — in the middle of Feb!).
Val and Linda are great to deal with over the phone and they’ve always been super helpful. They really want you to find the best property for your needs. I lost count of the number of times I’ve called them in the past 10 days to find a property for our annual trip this year!
Another nice thing — easy check in and check out procedures. We drove in late at night and instead of having to find some check-​in desk halfway across town as we’ve done in the past with other property management companies, we were able to go straight to our unit and let ourselves in. Checking out was just as easy. Returning customers also get a discount on their future bookings — loyalty pays!
