I had no expectations for this place as I did not believe whistler would have decent Japanese food. Ramen: most surprising because I have high expectations for ramen. This place had pretty decent ramen. The broth was a typical pork base. Although the broth did taste like it was missing something. Would recommend using the togarashi chili to make it taste better. Decent place to get ramen if creek side.

Authentic Japanese food in creekside whistler. Must try if you’re in the area. Price is decent and the food was good!

Samurai never disappoints. I prefer the Creekside one, always worth the drive. The slightly more expensive rolls get you some nice fresh fish. You can walk out or dine in one of many booths for $ 15 – 30 depending on you apatite. They have good daily deals that are more affordable and large if you’re not picky.

Looking for a comfort food bowl of ramen in Whistler? Head to Samurai Ramen Noodle Shop Creek Side. This little gem tucked away in the Creek Side of Whistler has a menu of ramen and more. The ramen has a pork broth complimenting the ramen noodles which are just the right amount of chewiness. Relatively lean chashu pork and a soy flavored egg adorn the bowl. Only missing is bamboo shoots. Other dishes we tried include the chicken udon noodles, great savory broth and thick noodles springy to the bite. Also tried one of the rolls which was decent. Definitely recommend and I would go back to try some of the bento boxes.
