Moksha Yoga Stouffville

Moksha Yoga Stouffville is a relatively new Moksha studio that opened up here in Stouffville on the historical Main Street.
The studio is nice and cozy! The change room is relatively small. There is a small changing area and some cubicles for you leave personal belongings. but no lockers. so leave your valuables lock up somewhere in the car!
For a small studio this size, there are 2 showers and 2 toilets! When I think of Moksha Markham that is double in sizes and only have 1 toilet, I am really impressed!
The practice room is relatively small and narrow. With only a small area has floor to ceiling mirror. There are windows on 2 sides overlooking Main Street. Since there are no curtains, on a sunny day, you might get a suntan while you doing your savasana or you might need sunglasses! :P
The people both staffs and students are super nice! There is a great sense of community spirits!
The Moksha Flow class (75 min) is A-​OK! There are a lot of beginners in the class so the instructor stayed within the level without giving too many variations. If you want a more challenging class, you might be a little disappointed.
BTW, a great gift shop under a different name inside the studio… I ended up buying something! :)
