We wanted to finally Thank You for a fabulous job well done. You worked patiently with us to ensure we were always on track to have a meal at our Wedding that we would brag about for a long time. You were clear about all costs, you showed us every conceivable way to cut corners with our budget and you even met us at our venue a few months in advance to show us your set up strategy and give us pointers about the dynamic of the room.
And on ‘Our Day’ (September 6) you delivered and you delivered BIG. Professional and friendly staff, dynamite food, exquisite presentation and always service with a smile and a ‘can do’ attitude.
We truly had an amazing event and one of the most consistent comments we continue to receive is how truly great the food was. It is a testament to you Michael.
Again, Thank You for your dedication and hard work that ensured our Wedding was one that will truly be remembered.

I can second what many reviews have noted: amazing food, great, efficient service and the best bang for your buck.
Michael and his team are a joy to work with and are efficient and non-​demanding, they are able to go with the flow and are a great team of experienced people to have around on a hectic day.
The quality of the food is so so good and in my circle of friends alone we have used him around 5 times for weddings etc., his food does the marketing for him! Everything is fresh and very tasty and he offers a wide selection for brides on a budget too.
Overall, completely satisfied and glad to have found this gem, it really made our wedding day memorable.

Great food, friendly service! The food was not great, it was amazing. I was blown away, too bad I was too busy getting married to go for seconds and thirds. Guests raved about the food, in fact a guest wanted a recipe for the vegetarian lasagna and Michael made arrangements to get her the recipe!
Michael is professional and surprisingly set up fantastically with his own food truck, mobile kitchen and refridgerator/​cooling system. I was truly impressed and if we have the opportunity to use him again, we most definitely will.
