On one of the coldest days of the cold 2014 winter, my furnace broke down.
I was able to call in the morning, have someone come by the afternoon of that day, the individual identified the culprit part after about 45 minutes, there was a place in Windsor that had the spare part, he drove to get it, came back and replaced it.
Would have preferred that the technician that came over be a little older (he appeared in late 20’s) and seemed unsure at times about some of the components in the furnace. He was also a little heavy on the sales pitch for me to buy a new furnace.
But overall the problem was fixed that day so can’t complain too much.

Best heating service out there. Don’t shop around — these are your people.
