The food on their Chinese-text-only menu is the most authentic(Cantonese) Chinese food I have had in Windsor!

The staff was very friendly. I think its under new ownership since some of the previous reviews were placed. We absolutely loved our food. They catered to our request to make special spicy dishes. Portions were huge. Prices typical good

The best food is on the Chinese only menu! Ask for it if you can read Chinese — all the dishes are the same price and you get rice, soup and a dessert thrown in for free. Otherwise, the Canadian menu does not have too many authentic Chinese dishes listed… The authentic Chinese food is fantastic although I suspect most of their business is from Canadian Chinese food(chicken balls, chop suey, etc…) Have eaten in several times and the service is acceptable and quick.

Expensive. Small portions. Roaches in the bathroom. Server with dirt under her nails. A piece of plastic in the shrimp fried rice. No. Not a place I want to visit again.

Ordered almost $ 50 worth of food from here tonight, worse food we have ever had in my entire life no joke or exaggeration. The food was so dried out you couldn’t even chew it so it was totally inedible. Called to get the food at the very least replaced which any business would normally do. Got called a liar, hung up on more times than i can count. If your looking for food to eat this is definitely not the place to order from. Sad thing is the food used to be great, so great in fact we use to recommend this place to family and friends. Never again.

The food is good but the portions are tiny. I do have one fairly major complaint. After my meal I was washing my hands at their bathroom and an employee came out of the bathroom stall and left without washing her hands EWWW!

Hidden Authentic Chinese food disguised as a Chinese takeout place. First off, names like Flying Tiger make no sense. I don’t get it. But the food was good. I was a fan of Flying Tiger, but my international Chinese friends thought it was alright. I am starting to better understand these Chinese restaurants around Windsor. All of them disguise themselves as Westernized Chinese takeout places, but they ALL have hidden menus with Authentic Chinese dishes not listed in the normal menu. Flying Tiger offers up all the staple Chinese takeout menu items like Chicken Balls and General Tso’s Chicken, but if you asked for an authentic menu like my friends did, you might be surprised. We ordered several dishes to share. We got the Salt and Pepper Prawns(Whole shrimp — heads and all), Beef Short Ribs, Green Beans, and Steamed Chicken. Now mind you… I do not know the actual names of these dishes, I’m just guessing by what I ate.(I’ve had enough Chinese in my life, being that I am one, to know what the dishes are). The Salt and Pepper Prawns were great. I am allergic to shrimp, but I could care less. I just keep eating them till I feel my throat start to close in a little, before stopping. It was a hassle with the shell and heads still attached and stuff, but you could also eat them with the shells. The prawns were a bit salty but very meaty and tasted wonderful. The Beef Short Ribs were excellent. The meat was very tender and worked well with the sauce that it was cooked in. The sauce is a very savory sort of gravy-like sauce with a hint of garlic and peppers. The green beans were cooked with some soy sauce, sugar, onions, and bits of ground beef. They had a nice crunch, but were also a bit on the salty side. The Steamed Chicken was probably my favorite. The chicken was cooked to perfection to where it was very tender throughout. It was also incredible that they slice the chicken meat off the bone for you and leave the skin on. The skin wasn’t slimy like you would expect steamed chicken skin to be. The chicken was seasoned wonderfully and came with a very strong garlicy sauce for dipping as well. Overall, it was a good place. The dishes we got were good and the service was very friendly. The food came out REAL fast and the place is very clean as well. Definitely worth a trip.
