Koolini Italian Eatery

My family ordered delivery pizza from this restaurant. We waited over 1h 30m and did not receive our order. We called to check on the status of our order and the girl on the other end, while polite, was not able to tell us where our pizza was. She told us she would check with her manager and call us back. Another half an hour passed and we gave up and ordered from another restaurant. At the 2h 30m mark from the placement of our original order we heard a knock at the door and it was a pizza delivery… not from Koolini’s, not from the other pizza place… but from a 3^rd company, delivering on behalf of Koolini’s. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. We sent the driver off without accepting the pizza from him (and also because our second order was due to arrive any minute). I have given this restaurant a 1 star review because they hired 3^rd party company to fulfill their orders and we never got to try their actual product. We feel cheated and will not order from this company again.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Koolini’s earlier this summer. The restaurant was lovely, sevice fantastic and food amazing!
My husband is usually critical and very fussy, but went so far as to send his compliments to the kitchen
