We heard so many great things about this company so we signed up for the home phone/internet combo for under $ 70. We weren’t expecting top notch quality at the price and we dealt with the slow speeds. But after roughly a year of paying for 6mbps and receiving .5−1mbps and every time there is any issues with the lines it always the customers fault we finally had enough. We had dealt with the internet dropping for last couple months and our phone calls the other person sounded tinny and robotic. Every single time we’d call they have a new excuse of how it was our fault. First it was our phones had a short, bought new ones and the problem persisted. They then blamed the cords we were using, replaced them problem persisted. They then blamed our computers which are both newer computers so we decided to try somewhere else. Since switching to somebody else no robotic voices on the other end of our phone calls, no dropped internet, no bottlenecks and no slower than paid for speeds. Not sure if the company has changed ownership or if they have contracted out their tech support but they certainly didn’t live up to all the rave reviews i heard from people around the city. If they have contracted out their tech support i think they may need to rethink that decision before it costs them a bunch of customers and their reputation. It’s hard enough for the little guy to compete.
