I have witnessed their work before when my parents hired them many years ago. At that time their business was a smaller and they were willing to work with the «little guys». I hired Joe to have my house excavated in prep for waterproofing, I called Joe to double check the arrangements we had agreed on a week before. At the time of the phone call he told me he had forgotten about out arrangements and that he would call me later to discuss the options. Joe did not call back and he stopped answering my phone calls or text. I was able to hire another company out for half the quoted price of Papia Excavating.
I don’t believe their business is poor and I know their work is good, I simply believe Joe is more occupied with working with the «larger budget» contacts. And can’t be bothered by the smaller jobs that homeowners may be looking for.
