This company Sucks!!! Don’t use it. They lie and cheat. Treat some employees like crap and are just as bad to tenants.

I hated every second of my dealings with this company, and will never again interact with them. I won’t even walk by their office without crossing the road first.
First, they don’t do what they promise in terms of property maintenance and repairs. The work is either poorly done by unqualified people, not completed in a timely manner, or not done at all. Second, they steal and/​or ruin personal items in their rental houses. Third, they share personal information about you to other people. Fourth, they blame tenants for everything — even broken items that are part of normal «wear and tear» or were already broken when you moved in. Fifth, and most importantly, they have a really nasty lawyer on retainer and will not hesitate to take you to court for any minor thing. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
