I live out of town and ordered flowers for my friend who was in Met Hospital. When her flowers arrived she said a couple of the azaleas were droopy and a hydrangea was broken. I called the florist promptly and received excellent cheerful service to correct this. The following morning a beautiful new bouquet was sent to my friend. She called to tell me she received it and it looked amazing. Thank you Riverside Flowers. I will be ordering from you again.

Ordered flowers for my mother-​in-​law for Mother’s Day as we live out of town and couldn’t spend the day with her. The flowers were dreadful, nothing like the picture. When I called to say that we were not happy, we were told that it clearly states that not all bouquets look exactly as shown online. I do not see this statement anywhere and our flowers didn’t look anything like the photo. The bouquet was mostly green ferns with some limp daisies and no statice as described. The shop agreed to send some more flowers without a vase. They arrived a day later and were not one bit better. Save your time and money and go to Zehrs. They have nicer bouquets!
