So five of us go to the restaurant and it’s packed(didn’t make reservations our fault) the waitstaff tell us it will be about one and half hours if we want to come back. My spouse sees a table opening(bill on the table) He goes back to another staff and asks if we could get that booth and add a chair since it was out of the way? The staff thinks it over they says yes, moments later states they only have one extra chair and she would need it back in an hours time, seriously? She thinks about again and says they will figure it out(hope so). Takes a bit to get service but waitress apologizes(no problem I appreciate that). I ordered the Summer rolls(get them any time I can) you can tell these are pre made not fresh to order because they are cold and a bit tough, that is unfortunate because their peanut sauce to go with them is great. The rest of our meal came quickly and was very good. Unfortunately it was short lived when the person on the other side of the both bounced around like a two year old, felt like we were being kicked in back every time he adjusted himself. I would go back again but they need to fix a few things, more chairs, better made booths and waitstaff that can reason out a situation.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant of all time! No other Thai place I’ve been to even compares. I have a hard time even choosing what to order because I have so many that I love. A good appetizer to start would be the lettuce wraps or the coconut red curry soup! For my main entrée, I tend to get the Peanut Curry as their peanut sauce is extraordinary! Sometimes I’ll order the red curry, Pad Thai(with added peanut sauce) or I’ll make my own stir fry with the sweet sesame sauce. It’s all yummy It’s a lovely atmosphere inside with a parking lot.

The portion just keep getting smaller and smaller. Two years ago we use to love this place! Now we go their eg chicken satay like $ 9+ And you get 4 bite size piece of chicken(like a mc nugget size) This place is just becoming more and more of a rip off.

This is my 1st time at Simply Thai, but now is my favorite Thai restaurant in Windsor area! The Tom Yum Goong is very tasty. The Green Papaya Salad is to die for, but very spicy which made it even better :) my main dish was Asian Salmon and really was good. I added this restaurant as one of my favorites in Windsor area

Went there for lunch based on a friends recommendation. We ordered Chicken Red Curry($ 8.99) and Pad Thai w/Chicken($ 8.99). The chicken red curry came only with 5 tiny pieces of chicken and a whole bunch of bamboo shoots and onions. The pad thai noodles were undercooked and the portion was rather small. Disappointed :(

Every dish is made to order and from fresh ingredients, no frozen food here! For the beginner, start with summer rolls and the Pad Thai Want something truly exotic? How about a spicy lemon grass stir fry? If you’re a fan of spice, the amazingly skilled staff can garner to taste just the right amount of heat for your meal. Compliment the experience with a glass of the Shiraz red carried in stock and your pallette will sing! If dessert is in the cards, stick to the banana fritter as opposed to the sticky rice.
