I am an South Asian food snob, and this place is the best in Windsor that I have had.
Tastes authentic and full of flavour. Highly recommend for take-​out.

The food was not good, especially after having to wait two hours to get it! The naan was burnt and the sauces for our meals were watery (one actually even tasted of just water with no flavor) and they were not flavorful at all! I actually had to add salt to them.
Honestly, the only good thing was that the people who took our order were nice and patient. Never again.

In Windsor this is our preferred Indian takeout restaurant. Their menu is full of choices and food is very flavourful. Last time we ordered shahi paneer, saag paneer and vegetable biryani. Their naan bread is extra delicious I assume they have a tandoor in the back, tastes fresh and authentic. I will be going back! I also love the mural on the wall :)

I am a born skeptic and all the above excellent comments are justified. Tried this place for the first time tonight and 5 stars are justified. No dine in. Not much to see in the restaurant but they must pass the savings on to the customer. VERY reasonable.

Great Indian food, I order the butter chicken, it was on the spicy side most of the time Indian food restaurants will ask you how spicy how ever they did not. The naan bread was amazing This is take out only.

I am Punjabi, and very picky… seriously, this is the best Punjabi food I have had outside of home.
THE FOOD
This place is all about the food. We have ordered out several times — naan, samosas, tandoori chicken, daal, paneer… is all we have tried so far, and it is the best we have ever had. Even my mom has conceded to their awesomeness.
THE SERVICE
These are good people. Don’t count out the possibility that you may want to hug them before you leave. I have to disclose, they have endeared our family already… and we now consider them as friends.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Unfortunately, they do not have eat in options as of now — I hear it is in the works. The place is very clean and spartan. Again, it is all about the food.
Do not confuse this place with a similar named one on Wyandotte… totally unrelated.

Very good Indian food, I was a little thrown back by the health unit inspection rating which was 1 star but I guess they cleaned up their act and it’s a 5 star now. I love the butter chicken and their sweets are very good. I recommend you call in your order 30 – 40 minutes before you plan on picking it up.

Tandoori Taste of India
Recently ordered out here (It’s a take-​out only place) and had some really tasty Indian food. Chana Bhatura: GREAT. I love this deep fried Indian delight. Samosas were OK and required some heating up. We had the Paneer Naan instead of the regular and it came with cheese and herbs embedded in the bread. A little spicy, yummm. My girlfriend orders here all the time, and she loves it. From what I’ve tasted so far it is pretty darn good Indian. Big bonus for a high cleanliness rating, although in the past it has been lower.
