I ordered Save the Dates for my wedding, through their online website. Apparently, UPS just left my package in front of my door and someone stole it! I had no idea the package ever came until I checked my tracking order online and the status said delivered. When I realized my save the dates were stolen I cried. I was just so anxious for them to arrive and now that was $ 70 down the drain. I called vista print customer service that afternoon and explained that I never received my package. The woman was so sweet and she reordered my save the dates for free! That really made my day.

Love their Groupon deals. However, there’s a little catch, shipping goes up quite a bit if you’re using the deal. I completely disagree and don’t understand why there’s a difference, but you get what you paid for. ($ 17 for $ 70 groupon). Here’s another catch, look outside of your area, they are always running deals somewhere, so just google Vistaprint Groupon and check for current dates, it will give a breakdown what groupon specials are currently active by city. I love Vistaprint!

Vistaprint has been really useful during wedding time.
They have tons of product selection including calendars, magnets, cards, stationary, sticky notes, return address labels. The best part is the everything can be customized and you can even upload your own logo or design.
For wedding, I got their wedding sampler, and it was a great way to touch and feel all their products. We got the basic cards for our Save the Dates. We were only ordering a few of them, so nothing fancy was required. For what that was, I felt it would not be good enough for a wedding invitation, and you’d have to pay extra for heavier paper etc.
However, we were able to customize text, and there were tons of stock designs to choose from, and you could always upload your own.
Their website is easy to navigate and really user friendly. You can get online print proofs of your item, they save everything that you’ve ever worked on so you might be able to pull it out again.
I’ve also ordered something wrong and immediately had to call customer service to cancel it. They were really helpful.
Join their mailing list if this is something you’re considering. They have great sales all the time, and you could get free shipping or almost free stuff! I got 40 Save the Date cards for less than $ 20, and 140 Custom Return Address labels for $ 6 including shipping.
Note: I’m really interested in learning more about their business model. They are based in Netherlands, but the CEO’s office is in France? They have regional offices all over the world, and North America’s is this location. I bet customer service and quality will depend on the region you are in.

I just LOVE Vistaprint!
I’ve used them a number of times in the past and have always been über-​happy with the quality of product I received. Only once so far (knock on wood), the first time I ever used them about eight years ago, I had a less than perfect product. The cards were cut off-​center. (This was in the states, not Canada BTW.) I contacted the company and the employee that took my call was polite, professional, and quite helpful. He put in a new rush and I had the next batch of cards within days. Unfortunately they had nearly the same problem — this time cut at a slight angle. I had to assume at that point the company was crap but still spent about $ 40 and wanted my money back. So the guy I’d dealt with had emailed me to follow up and I wrote him back about the problem. He called me right away — probably wondering if I was just trying to scam them — but was again professional and polite on the phone. He had me send back the two boxes at Vistaprint’s expense before ordering new ones again. He confirmed with me they were done poorly and not only had new ones made (that were perfect) but he also refunded me my money! Talk about making it up to the customer!
After that I figured I would give them another go the next time I needed items printed… what was there to loose?!
Glad I did! Vistaprint has been fantastic ever since. Both the US and Canadian branches. I have printed countless items through them over the years from business cards, to postcards, to brochures, to address labels, to magnets, to greeting cards, and rubber stampers. I may have purchased more items but I can’t recall at the moment. Oh yeah! I also ordered a photo calender for my mother one year! I just completed another order tonight and will anxiously await the arrival of my package!
