Well, bought a new $ 45 dollar battery for my iphone 4s. It won’t charge after one week. They said it could be the charging port and to bring it in and they will try another battery. I asked how late they were open and they said 7. The gentleman on the other end says don’t come tonight because it takes like an hour to replace a battery… I told him that was funny since they replaced the other one in 10 minutes. I enjoy being lied too!!! 1^st time, last time for this place!!!

Took my phone to get a new screen paid $ 150. Said it came with 90 day warranty. screen breaks three weeks after I get it fixed. Call store and they claim the warranty doesn’t cover physical damage. Waste of money

I will never go back to this place again! Few people told me to come here to get my Iphone 5 screen fixed. I walked in they were busy I asked how long it would take he said an hour and i asked the cost he said $ 99. I then explained to the employee that the «Smartphone Clinic» on 414 Tecumseh rd, will fix my screen for $ 65 and they can do it in 15 mins, he turned to me and said «well take your business there», and I looked at him and said excuse me? I was just trying to figure out why you guys are different because this is my first iphone so i dont know what to expect. He said: listen im really busy I got phones to fix, you want it fixed?”. I gave the guy a smile and said no im taking my business down the street good bye, and he didnt care at all! I went to smartphone clinic and had the best experience ever! He owner is soooo nice, very friendly and installed a good quality screen on my Ipho né as well as a battery in 15 mins!!! People stop going to Wireless Warehouse you can save yourself $ 35 on a cracked screen, dont let them fool you into saying they have «quality screen», there using the same ones at Smartphone Clinic.

Just had my phone repaired at Wireless Warehouse on Howard. Very easy to deal with, fast repair (within 24 hours) and very reasonably priced. If you have an issue with your phone I highly recommend bringing it here before dropping hundreds of dollars at the carriers!
