Love this place! Great instructors, good atmosphere. Just wish it was back in Walkerville and more spacious. Best yoga studio in Windsor:)

If all yoga studios were this welcoming and homey, more people would practice yoga. Even though I was running late and really cutting it close to class time when I arrived, Romano, checking me in at the front desk and then teaching the class, made me feel comfortable immediately and just had a really laid back, relaxed vibe. People already in the class made the ultimate selfless yogi gesture: they moved their mats for me to open up some space. In a lot of studios, the instructor has to practically force people to shift their mats down to make more space, so I was not only grateful for the welcome, but also impressed that Romano’s kind energy seemed to spread through to the people taking his class. It had been a while since I’d taken a slow flow class and I forgot how challenging it can be! I loved holding each pose for a long time and really settling in. The cues were clear and easy to follow, with some interesting transitions and movement between the back and front of the mat. I felt both stretched out and zenned out afterward. The studio is warm, cozy, and an overall nice place to hang out and relax. If I lived in the area, this would most definitely be my home away from home.

First time I went yoga. It was pretty tough, but you just work through it. I already had an idea that I would get really sweaty from doing what seems like not a lot of work. However, I did not expect the amount of sweat that poured out of me. It’s a good thing that my friend was beside me for moral support(and sweating just as much). Anyway, the class was in the middle of the day and full of avid yoga-ers and beginners alike. I don’t remember the price, but it was not that expensive. The instructor, Gina, was also really helpful, walking around to correct people in their quest for zen.
