Yogen Fruz

My family and friends will tell you that there are two things I always seek out whenever I’m on the road: dim sum restaurants and frozen yogurt places. Therefore, it comes as no surprise to my parents that I made my way to Yogen Fruz while enduring a heavy rain storm and riding on top of a camel to dodge the traffic nightmare known as Howard Ave. (Ok, just kidding on the last part.)
Upon arriving at Yogen Fruz — which, btw, is located inside Devonshire Mall — I was stoked to discover that matcha fro-​yo was an option. That excitement was quickly dampened when I was told that matcha would be blended in to the normal tart to give the matcha fro-​yo. Moreover, when I had requested lychee as my topping, I didn’t know that THAT too would be blended into my frozen creamy concoction.
Sad face.
