This is a very stylish café and bistro on Corydon(closer to the Kenaston section) in one of those new strip malls tucked away on the side. The place is kosher and serves up Illy coffee and all day breakfast along with crepes, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, pastas and baked goods. You have to order and pay first and then they bring the food to you. I had the BerMax all day POWER Breakfast($ 7.90) which includes: Mixed greens, 2 eggs, tomato, cucumber, olives, feta cheese,(bread+butter), coffee or tea. The mixed greens were disappointing as it was just limp greens for the most part and my two over easy eggs were more on the over side so no yolk oozed out. The bread that they offer are two small slices of baguettes(they were teeny tiny). The price is actually quite appropriate if the eggs were done properly and the greens were fresh. My dining partners didn’t love their crepes as they thought it was too heavy and dense but remarked that they liked the smoked salmon in it. Service was not very friendly as they barely greeted us when we entered. Even when we inquired about our reservation, they didn’t even bother to show us our table. Food service was incredibly slow and even the coffees took a long time to get to the table. I would say the best part of this place is the coffee. I had a lovely latte and would return again for coffee here but skip the meal.

I tried this place for the first time last Monday. The décor is excellent. The lighting above the main counter. The little babkas are delicious however they are not traditional(which is much heavier) — but still very good — I ate 8 of them… The coffee is well done and the staff are very friendly. I will definitely return.
