Burrito Splendido

Love eating here! The portions are massive (burritos and salads in particular) so it’s definitely worth the price.

I love this restaurant! Fresh made wraps for super packed burrito. Great take away option. Fresh ingredients, and big portions, these burritos are huge!

It’s good — not authentic at all, and more ‘fast-​food Mexican’…
The food is very good tex-​mex, and likely what most people think of when they think ‘Mexican’. Not bad, for what it is.

I’ve visited Burrito Spledido quite a few times and I’ve almost always been impressed. It’s a great option for quick food that’s relatively healthy and a perfect alternative to McDonald’s if you’re on the way home from work.
I’ve only had chicken burritos and they consistently (they weigh it out) give a decent amount of chicken and a good helping of the other toppings. Although for the price, a little bit more chicken would be nice.
The tortillas (that are made in store) are a nice touch and have a great texture and taste good. When the burrito is done, they place it into a panini like press to lightly toast it and seal it closed.
In general I’ve been quite happy with Burrito Splendido except for two occasions where there were chicken bones in the burrito (the first time I went back and they provided coupons as compensation).
It would also be nice if they mixed the fillings together before wrapping the burrito since when I’ve gone I usually end up with a burrito where one bite is chicken and the other bite lettuce, rice and other things.

This place has great burritos and the staff are just a delight. I always get the pork burrito on whole wheat, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Its fresh food, assembled quickly, and I can’t recommend it enough. Beware the large burrito is a significant meal, so watch out if you’re looking for a light lunch or something.

Always fantastic food here. I go for the Adobo Chicken Burrito, add some tasty veggies (everything is local) and salsa. Staff are always super friendly when I’m in and it’s licensed so you can grab a beer (imports, I don’t think I’ve seen any domestic) with your meal. Very enjoyable experience.

Had lunch here today and was very tasty. They had a special item added for today only… chorizo sausage. I ordered the Large and one thing I really thought was neat and different was that they freshly pressed your tortilla then flat top grilled it. The portions were great and super fresh, also the prices were similar to Chipotle and Mucho Burrito. I would rank this spot between Mucho and Chipotle for the taste and quality of the Burrito.
I usually eat larger lunches and smaller dinners so I had the Large but the regular size would have been plenty.

Finally a burrito place That is doing it right they make all of their tortillas fresh when you order them hot on the grill. The meat is nice and tender and it’s not sopping wet like other burrito places. They have lots of variety of fresh vegetables salsas and completely customize what you want. The staff was extremely friendly.

I was impressed considering that I didn’t really expect much from a franchise burrito joint. But to tell you the truth I found the taste and quality of my Barbacoa burrito to be comparable to burritos I’ve tasted at authentic Mexican joints in places like San Francisco. This place works just like Subway but in the end you get a much tastier meal. I should note that the waitress at this location, short with dark hair, was awesome. She was helpful and very nice. She deserves a raise.

Just visited the newly opened Burrito Splendido. Had a lineup to the door, although I have to say the 3 line cooks + cashier were really flying through. I had the Lg Carnitas Burrito and the lady had a Cheese and Bean Burrito. Side of chips & salsa to split. The food all tasted incredibly fresh and was very tasty. Somewhat limited seating during busy times but that’s to be expected. Overall great supper & will be back.
