Just wanted to respond to EPH’s response to my review. First, I know what I ordered. EPH has to deal with multiple orders and it’s more likely the salesperson has an incorrect recollection of my order than I do myself. Second, the order form was edited by someone at EPH and«no vest» was written on the form. I have proof in the form of a picture and email from EPH. My writing on the form clearly does NOT match the writing of the«no vest», which must have been written by someone at EPH. So the decision was made to not include the vest and charge the original price. I dialogued with the owner and the rationale given was that the pricing changed recently. However, if the original agreement was to have a 3-piece suit at the original price, why not honour it like an honest business? Instead of trying to scam a returning customer(who would have bought more suits and referred a ton of people). EPH retroactively charged me for the price change by removing a vest from the order, kept the same price and tried to pass it off as a decision I made.
