Had 3 floats here at the end of 2015 and cannot explain how amazing my experiences were. It’s like going into yourself. Truly experiencing what and who you are when everything else about the world is shut off. Some people I’ve told about floating always say they couldn’t just be with themselves in the dark for 90 minutes. Anyone can do this. It’s the thing that everyone really SHOULD be doing. I say that it feels like my default state now and that when I come out of the tank, it’s like adding in the world. My wife and I just had our first child and my floats helped prepare me for how centered I’d have to be when she arrived. Everyone’s experience is going to be completely unique of course but I cannot recommend going for a float more. Go. Now. See the world that’s inside your head. Adding to my review for people reading this before going for their first float: — Do not touch your eyes while in the tank or after — Use the vaseline on your eyebrows since it’ll stop the salt water from getting in your eyes when you get out — Take your time when the music comes on at the end — Focus on NOT thinking(use meditation practice if you know how)

First time float — who knew one’s heart could beat so loud. Owner Leah is full of wonderful energy and information about floating for wellness. I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all just an overwhelming sense of peace and calm. My only regret is not booking two floats back to back I could’ve gone on for longer! Can’t wait to book my next float!
