99% of the time we get fantastic service. Once there was this loud obnoxious woman who argued with me about the color dye I wanted and then told another customer, before talking to me about it, that I was being charged more because I have thick hair. Thankfully I have never seen her again. The other ladies are great, the place is clean, and they don’t overuse scented products.
