Indeed an interesting dining experience where we went from a one star all the way up to a final rating of 3. Lots of great things but there were a couple of zingers that had me thinking it was a strong one star. We reserved and they had our table set up and waiting for our group. Our waitress was there to check on drink orders. We started with waters and for some reason she disappeared for quite awhile. She finally returned and asked if we needed more time or wanted to wait some more. Not sure where that communication miscue came from but we got the orders in and all was well. Then the fun started when the bottle of wine arrived. The bottle was opened and plopped down on the table and off she went. Okay, but even a cursory check if that was the wine I had ordered would have been nice, and I guess having a taste and getting it served was too much to expect. About 20 minutes later she returned to inform me that there were only two servings of moussaka vice the 3 that we had ordered. Strange that it would take 20 minutes to find that out, so plan B.(We already had one of group disappointed as they were out of Greek ribs so not a great night for selection to say the least. Good thing we were there early no telling what would be left on the menu later in the evening). When the food finally arrived the portions were generous and for the most part everyone enjoyed their meal(moussaka, souvlaki, calamari, Mediterranean chicken and a kid’s cheese burger). Those that lucked in and got the moussaka were treated to a huge portion. Nicely done but lacking a bit of seasoning. The Mediterranean chicken was nicely done. The meat was moist and tasty. Only comment here was the size difference between the three of us who ordered that dish. The rice was rice, nothing special. The Greek fries were a bit soggy and really didn’t have any special zing with respect to seasoning. The regular fries looked tired! The lemon potatoes were not too bad. So the meals, while certainly generous in their portion size ranged from quite tasty to so-so. It was very disappointing that they ran out of moussaka so early in the evening but they kindly made an adjustment to our bill. Our server was very friendly although the delays in ordering and the looong delay in finding out about the moussaka shortage was not great.

The ribs are nicely seasoned the shrimp tasty.(full rack $ 22.95 and the half rack with 4 or 5 shrimp $ 20.95.) The glazed carrots are so good. I ordered another serving. The waitress Lori was efficient and charming. It is a simple décor and conducive to a nice quiet dinner out with friends without intrusive back round noise or music.

Have been for lunch 3 times and great food and service each time. The souvlaki is good and the pastas are great. Haven’t tried the dinner menu yet but will soon I hope. Nice simple Greek décor and soft music. Highly recommended.

Ok but nothing spectacular. Had gyros and chicken souvlaki(one skewer). Greek salad pretty bland. Friendly but slow service considering it wasn’t busy.. Won’t be back too many other places to try.

Very yummy food! Our family loves to grab the Chicken Souvlaki on a pita for Friday night takeout! It is a great replacement for the Friday night pizza and a little bit healthier with all the fresh produce that they use for ingredients. The staff there is also very warm and inviting! Happy staff usually means a well managed restaurant!
