Total failure of workmanship & quality control(twice). We bought a sectional that has 3 reclining seats. The delivery guys set it up, tested it and one of the chairs was not working right out of the box. We never even got to use it for 1 day. My paperwork included a picture of my couch & signed by Palliser inspector«B». How could he/she miss a faulty frame that failed to recline? A replacement frame was ordered. A month later, a service guy took the recliner apart, took the frame out, only to realize that the replacement frame was unusable as well. He had to put the old frame back in and leave me with a non-functioning recliner. I’ve been paying for this furniture for 2 months now and not be able to use it. I thought that spending $ 4,000 on a couch would buy me better quality. Perhaps not.

We ordered a Palliser leather sofa on Sep 6, 2015 and received it in about 30 days. After delivery we noticed that the leather on the left end of the sofa was all bunched up. After going back to the store they gave us the name of their administrative support person who said that that is common with leather. That was not so with the model we saw and we were told that the manufacturer would not do anything. It was clearly«sloppy» workmanship. Both the manufacturer and the store refused to do anything but offer us the name of a leather technician that could fix it. Thanks a «bunch». We will not go back to Salt Creek Furniture and their wonderful customer support.
