Not sure what other people saw in this place. I am by no means a pizza snob and in fact will sometimes order chain pizza ie pizza hut, papa john’s. So after reading the reviews I settled on this place since it was close to the hotel I was staying at and near a Liquor Mart(need some cold beer to go with my pizza). The positive: When I called my order they were polite and answered my questions. Took my order and gave me the total(48.55CAD) without me asking and made sure I knew where they were located. The cons: The food. We ordered a BBQ steak pizza. This was supposed to have steak, mushrooms, onions, garlic butter. It came with strips of steak, barbecue sauce drizzled around but no signs of the veggies. The pizza dough was thick and a little chewy. We also got two small cheese pizzas and a small lasagna with garlic bread. The lasagna was noodles, cheese and meat, with what looked like canned diced tomatoes versus sauce. It was VERY greasy and the first plate and the bottom of the pan was running with oil. It was also very bland. I will try to attach a picture to my review but it doesn’t do it justice since I had poured some of the grease off my plate and the container before I thought to take a picture. I went back and forth with the number of stars: the food really was 2 stars meh-I have had better but the overall experience was ok and I didn’t call and let the store know how I felt so they did not have a chance to fix anything so I went with a 3 star. But the food was definitely a let down

Got to agree with the reviews above. This place offers best value for pizza in the city. Try my favorite the BBQ chicken pizza with bacon on whole wheat. Even my picky parents love the pizza from this place. Salads are also very reasonable and fresh. Stay away from 222 next door the zah at slices is superior! Have also tried the stafford location a few years back and found that it was not as good as this location.

A 5-star rating prompted me to order a pie… and it’s a rating well deserved. I chose the Greek pizza. It had lots of tomatoes, lots of olives and lots of cheese on a tasty crust. No leftovers here. Opa!

Pizza is great, full selection at an inexpensive price, and they have never got it wrong. Quick times even the most brutal weather, and open late! What else are you looking for? Ohh lasagne you say, well that’s great too!.the small is super filling definitely get leftovers!

SLICES. Open late, quick delivery. Considering the price, pizza is above average… much better than pizza hotline, or a little ceasars. Try the grilled chicken with bacon.

This place doesn’t get 5 stars because it’s the best pizza in the city. Nope. Although the pizza is decent take-out style. I have been going to this place regularly for about 12 years(or however long it’s been open for) and they have always been effecient, friendly, never messed up my order and the pizza is the same everytime. You also cannot beat $ 7.83(went up by a dollar since last year) for a large one topping pizza when you’ve got the munchies and you’re a little low on cash. I’m not sure if the one on Stafford is as good, but this place is a neighborhood staple and way better than Pizza Hotline next door.
