St Charles Country Club

Culinary perfection!
Having been around for 111 years St. Charles has had plenty of time to figure out how to hit everything out of the park. I was a guest for a members birthday dinner and i only wish i could go whenever i want.
Best lamb i’ve had in my life! The meat was as tender as mashed potatoes and seasoned by whichever Roman god is in charge of food. I sampled my friends Cod and went temporarily blind. I didn’t think fish could taste so good. I wanted to take pictures to share with you all but refrained because St Charles is classy as f*#%.
Service was no less than exactly what you would expect. Friendly, professional, and timely. The only thing i cold ask for is a bit of romancing of the food upon delivery. Such perfection on a plate deserves poetry written for it.
