How many times have you heard: «If the kitchen is anything like the washrooms — Stay away! At this location, I was very glad to see touchless water faucets, automatic concentrated cleaner and deodorizer at the urinals and in the toilet, and even Dyson Airblade hand dryers that literally scrapes water off your hands in 12 seconds. How cool is that? If management places so much emphasis on hygiene, then I say the business has my vote of confidence and set an example for others to follow.

UPDATE April 242016: I’m sorry to report that I have to complain about service here today(and I really don’t like Unilocaling complaints!) Downgrading the stars to 2 stars from previous 3 stars. The coffee industry has such a lot of very tough competition these days — even other outlets of Tim Horton’s gives better service than we got here today. We were so really not happy with today’s experience at this outlet that after standing at the front of the line waiting for maybe 5 minutes to be served, that we left — without having even been acknowledged! We were there at about 8:30am and there was nobody else even in line. Today, the only place they were busy was behind the counter! There were about a dozen people running around back there, but NOTONE cashier — nobody greeted us. We waited. There were a couple of staff who even made eye contact with us — still, nobody came to greet us. Is this how to do business? I don’t think so — it’s how you lose customers. Sorry about the rant — it’s over now. ~~~~~~~~~~~ This Timmy’s is better than the drive through outlet on Mill Street — for one thing, it’s bigger, and it’s always busy. Aren‘t both locations busy? After all, it IS a Tim Hortons!

They couldn’t even get my order right. They gave me ONE sweetener when I asked for more than that. Did the same thing with my friend’s order. Went through the drive thru so we were already on the highway when we realized how terrible our coffee was. They didn’t even repeat our order to confirm it was right.
