I visited this fishing park awhile back and probably this is like the«Bung Sam Ran» of Malaysia by far!(Bung Sam Ran is a world famous fishing park in Bangkok). They probably have the most similar layout as Bung Sam Ran Bangkok, having chalet/bungalow fishing areas, fishing guide services, a good chinese restaurant and Mekong Catfishes! Here the fishing is a little different as compared to other local fishing pay ponds, as here you are given a fishing guide to assist you in mixing the bait, casting the bait to optimal strike zones and even assist you to set the hook before passing the fishing rod to you. It’s probably the easiest/laziest way to do fishing but it is a great way for beginners to try this hobby out. Although, the Mekongs here are still not that mature(I meant not BIG enough!), and it will take a few more years before they get to a respectable size(above 35kg++). However, there are some downsides to this fishing place is that it’s slightly overpriced and it’s extremely far away from town if you’re staying in Klang valley area. Generally I would definitely visit this place again, and I recommend this place for those fishing noobs that wanted to experience what fishing is all about!
