This restaurant has been there for at least 15 years and remained as one of the favourite local food in the neighbourhood. Khuang Li is famous with its self-made fish balls. Food: Most of the people go for fish balls soups with noodle(you can decide how many you want), Lam Mee(only on Tuesday) and Prawn Mee(only on Thursday). Also, they have a variety of Yong Tau Fu. Although the taste is good, however, portion of noodle and Yong Tau Fu are really small and ordering a bowl of noodle can barely fill up your stomach. Food is kinda expensive. I order a bowl of rice noodle(small) plus 6 fishballs and 2 pieces of seaweed(smaller than my palm) cost me around RM13. Environment: The restaurant is clean. However, it is hot and stuffy in the afternoon. Recommendation? Try their Prawn Mee(only on Tuesday), I personally think it is even better than its famous fish balls.
