This is the one place I like coming to after a night out of dancing in Changkat. Hot, homey food to sober yourself up or to refill the calories burnt. It is just a small stall by the side of the road, not exactly the cleanest but it’s good stuff. I always go for the dry noodles, it is egg noodles similarly to wan tan mee, it comes with minced meat and a bowl of pork balls. I was here last week and for some reason I felt that it didn’t taste the same, seasoning used to be stronger and overall I remembered it to be tastier.(Or perhaps my level of sobriety then comprised my judgement). Not wanting to overeat, my boyfriend and I shared a large bowl and we couldn’t even finish it. What I do like is the chilli, it goes well with the beef. Pork balls are big and tasty too. I don’t think there is a proper parking lot around, so it may be a little difficult to park during normal hours because of the narrow road and other businesses around. But it is fine during late nights.

A go-to place for supper! You should definitely check this place out because their beef ball noodles are insanely delicious. It’s less than rm10 for a whole meal and I think that’s pretty cheap for KL standards. You could either have it dry or soup, I personally adore the dry version and it comes with a small bowl of soup with beef balls. It’s absolutely delicious. I would usually head there after 12 when I visit because it’s just a decent supper place. It’s a pretty dodgy alley where you will be dining at, don’t be surprised if you see rats and cockroaches because it is pretty filthy where it’s situated but I never had any problems with the food. There are options of sugar cane sold by this old man which has a booth right next to beef ball stall. There’s all tiny stalls at a corner of a street so make sure you keep your eyes out for it, but their signage is pretty huge so you won’t really miss it. If you’re looking to pack it for supper, just stop at a corner and ask someone from the stall to help you out, they’re really nice and friendly. Parking can be a little tricky because Jalan Alor is the street right beside of this street so there are a lot of tourists around.

The beef noodles here are one of the best I’ve eaten. Usually, my friends and I would come here for supper after a late night of drinking in changkat due to its late closing hours. This beef noodle stall has been open for years and is very well-known. There are quite a variety of beef parts you can choose to put into your noodles. I don’t like beef intestines so I would usually choose just the beef balls and the beef slices. I love the dry beef noodle compared to the soup one because the dry one has more flavor to it with the added mince beef and thick soy sauce. But some of my friends prefer the soup noodles so it totally depends on the person. If I’m not mistaken, they also have braised beef tendon which is a favorite amongst many. The price of the noodles aren’t expensive and the environment isn’t much as its only a stall by the roadside but the yummy beef noodles definitely make up for all of that!
